How do I see the status of my expense

To track the progress of your reimbursement requests, please follow these steps on the platform:

  1. Log in to the Payoneer WFM platform using your credentials.
  2. Click on the "Expenses" tab located in the primary navigation bar.
  3. Locate your expense entries, where you can view a comprehensive list of your submissions and their current status.
  4. Identify the specific status assigned to your expense to understand its current stage:
    • Submitted: Your expense has been sent to your employer for verification and approval.
    • Approved: Your expense has been reviewed and officially approved for payment.
    • Draft: You have recalled the expense for edits, or it has not yet been submitted to your employer.
    • Rejected: Your employer has declined the expense request.

By monitoring these statuses regularly, you can stay informed about the timeline of your reimbursements and address any items marked as "Draft" or "Rejected" promptly.
