Why do I need Multi‑Factor Authentication (2FA) to access the platform, and what methods are supported?
We require Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA) for every login to provide you with an essential layer of security that extends beyond your standard password. After you successfully enter your password, you will be prompted to provide a one-time verification code.
You have the flexibility to set up 2FA using any of the following convenient methods:

- Authenticator App: You can use Google Authenticator or any compatible app on your device to generate time-based codes.
- Mobile Number (SMS): Codes are sent directly to your phone number via SMS.
You can activate more than one authentication method and designate which one you prefer as your primary login verification option.
