How do I view and edit my profile details?

You can easily update your basic contract details that you provided during your profile setup on the Payoneer WFM platform.

Step 1: Go to the Profile Section

Log in to the Payoneer WFM platform using your credentials.From the side navigation bar on your dashboard, click ‘My Profile.’ to access the Profile Section.

Step 2: Edit Your Information

Once you are on your profile page, you can review and update the following specific details:

1. Phone number
2. Gender
3. Date of birth
4. Legal status
5. Uploaded document details
6. Blood group
7. Emergency contact
8. Billing and residential address
9. Preferred currency & payment details

Once you have made your changes, be sure to save your updates to ensure your profile information is current.
