How Do I request any additional document?

You can request additional documents from your employer directly through the platform's document management system.

Step-1

Log into the Payoneer WFM platform and Navigate to the Document Section. Here click on Request Document under more actions

Navigate to the Document

Select the specific Document Type you wish to be issued and then click on Request Document again to submit your request.

Request Document

Your request will now be processed by your employer.
